I was born and raised in Rosarito, Baja California. From childhood, I knew that living near the border was a huge advantage; a city teeming with foreign tourists is not only a privilege but also a great business opportunity.

My sales experience began when I was just nine years old, selling roses for a dollar in downtown Rosarito. I loved running to the flower shop and telling my aunts, "Give me more flowers—I’ve already sold them all!". That was when I overcame my fear of speaking English...

By age 15, I was already working in a shop, selling jewelry in a tourist area. That’s where I learned the value of keeping one's word; selling gold, diamonds, and silver meant dealing with affluent clients—and I learned a great deal from them.

I learned that punctuality is crucial; they were demanding about it—and rightly so, as time is money. If we promised delivery on a certain date, it had to happen then. I learned that lies don't work in sales; you have to be honest, because otherwise, a good client won't return—you might make one sale, but never a second.

At 20, I started my own business. That opened doors for me to build great relationships; I know half of Rosarito, and there’s a saying: "Tell me who you know, and I’ll tell you who you are! This is especially true in the political sphere, which facilitates closing deals and handling various government procedures.

These connections are incredibly helpful when it comes to formalizing transactions. I’ve been in the real estate industry for 13 years and I love selling—it’s second nature to me. I have personally managed numerous closings and understand the system better than anyone.

What truly excites me is having a client return so I can sell them a second property, or having them seek me out again years later—or recommend me and speak highly of me. That’s why I won’t sing my own praises; I’d rather you contact me and see for yourself.
